You spoke, we listened. Following customer feedback, we have added our much-loved jacket potatoes back onto our Riverside Café’s lunch menu!

There are a range of fillings for you to choose from, including: baked beans, cheese, tuna and chilli. (Prices vary).

All our jacket potatoes are also served with a side salad and coleslaw. Our spuds are a delicious, affordable and healthy lunchtime choice.

It’s National Gardening Week (29th April- 5th May)!

This year’s theme is ‘Edible Britain’ and we at Jordans Mill are keen to get involved in order to promote our food heritage!

We want to encourage our visitors to become more involved in gardening and to inspire people to take an interest in how their food is produced.

Why not grow your own fruit and veg? Our Mill Shop stocks a range of seeds which you can plant in your garden or allotment. Producing your own fruit and veg is fun, economical and gives you an opportunity to teach kids more about their food.

If you’re not green fingered then don’t worry, our gardeners will be producing Holme grown fruit and veg that you’ll be able to purchase from our Mill Shop. You may be able to see some of this growing in our Garden when you visit!

We also have lots of beautiful plants for sale which have been grown on site by our Head Gardener.

Gardening can be fun and a great way to relieve stress! Plus, your garden will look great too!

We’re challenging you to get involved this Gardening Week, do some planting, grow some veg or simply mow your lawn- everyone can get involved!
