Click & Collect Service


There is no fee for placing an order via our Click & Collect service.  

Same day collections are not currently available.
 

Product items


Collections must be made on the date and time chosen by the customer. Should there be any difficulty in completing the collection at such time, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. where we will do our best to accommodate an alternative collection date/time.  

Once goods have been received, customers have the right to request a refund as long as we have received notification of this within 14 days of receiving the items. 

 

Takeaway Food 


Due to all Takeaway Food being perishable, collections must be made on the date and time chosen by the customer. Should there be any difficulty in completing the collection at such time, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  where we will do our best to accommodate an alternative collection date/time; please note each case/request will be taken on a discretionary basis, due to the perishability and the potential of compromising on the quality of the items.

We do not accept cancellations once a Takeaway Food order has been placed, however you may transfer your collection date/time to a date in the future.

We will do our utmost to rectify any issues by providing a replacement, or partial refunds where possible.
