We sat down with our Front of House Assistant, Milo Murray. Over a good old-fashioned cup of tea to find out more about him and his life outside of work.
Tell us a bit more about yourself and your interests?
I’m 20 and live in Broom. I have 3 siblings and I’m also left handed which only about 10% of the population are. I love TV shows like Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead, as well as playing games on my Xbox. I’ve also been skydiving and visited Dubai 3 times.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Flying and I’d love to be immortal as well because I’d be able to see what the future is like.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
My brother. We are very close and I definitely look up to him and respect him.
If you could make one life-changing decision what would it be?
I’d move to Australia, at first I thought I’d like to move to America but after visiting there on holiday I’ve changed my mind.
Do you have any pets?
A cat called Saxon, he’s a Main Coon and he’s 18 years old. I’ve also got a Goldfish called Keith.
What did you think you were going to be when you grew up?
Three things really. A football goalkeeper, but I realised I was too small, my brother said I’d have to keep eating my vegetables! Also, a police officer or something in the military.
Who was the last person you hugged?
My sister, she’s moved out now so it’s nice to give her a hug when she comes to visit us.
If you could be stranded on a desert island who would it be with and why?
Bear Grylls for sure. He would help with survival or might even help us escape and get off the island.
What’s your biggest pet peeve?
People who get stressed out easily because I’m pretty chilled and laid-back.
What is your favourite food?
Steak cooked rare and fish and chips, but they have to be from a proper fish and chip shop!
