In support of this year’s Real Bread Week and the alliance for better food, Jordans Mill will be hosting a bread demo and tour from 10.00am – 3.00pm on the 24th February.
On the day our live demonstration will give you practical hints and tips on the different types of flour and what they can do to help you make the perfect dough.
That’s not all we will also take you on a specialist tour of our historic flour Mill, showing you how flour is made from grains to wheat!
This full day course comes with a ploughman’s lunch and rolls made from your class, refreshments will be provided throughout the day for just £45.00.
