Thank you to everyone who has provided feedback on the redesign of our Riverside Café and our move to table waited service since we reopened on Monday 30th January, we listen to all feedback and appreciate all comments.
Unfortunately, a table waited service has meant that customers have experienced long wait times to place orders, for food to be served and to pay for their food.
We apologise to those customers who have visited the Riverside Café during the past week and have had a disappointing experience; this is not the level of service we aim to deliver.
Having listened to all feedback, we are acting to prevent further inconvenience to customers and will revert to our previous system whereby customers will place their orders at tills.
As from Wednesday 8th February, customers visiting the Riverside Café will find a table, make a note of their table number and place and pay for their order at a till. Food and drinks will then be brought to their table.
We would like to thank our customers for their patience and we look forward to seeing you at the Riverside Café soon.
