Here at Jordans Mill we're passionate about food. As a food heritage attraction, it's part of everything we do from guided tours of our historic Mill showing how flour was once produced here, to growing food in the Mill Gardens, to serving delicious meals, snacks and cakes in the Riverside Café, and bringing high quality local produce to our customers through our Mill Store.

And as self-confessed foodies, we wanted to share with you some delicious recipes that we hope you will enjoy making at home, from traditional favourites such as biscuits and cakes, to seasonal bakes as well as some tasty and wholesome breakfast recipes.

We hope you enjoy baking these recipes and we'd love to see your creations - why not share them with us via Facebook or Twitter? What's more you can pick up all these recipe cards as well as lots of great ingredients including local flour in our Mill Store. Happy Baking!

Mrs Jordan is a fabulous baker and has shared with us her foolproof favourite biscuit recipe, which we are now sharing with you, along with other fantastic recipes for flapjacks, fairy cakes and pizza dough.

Easter wouldn't be the same without a slice of Simnel Cake and a Hot Cross Bun slathered in butter. These recipes will need a bit of patience but we guarantee the result will be worth it. Enjoy!

Because we love breakfast here at Jordans Mill, we've put together these brilliant breakfast recipes for Granola and Bircher Muesli with Pears, and you can pick up lots of the ingredients in our Mill Store.
